Cutting down e-mail frequency checking
E-mail is a distraction and I find myself checking it too often. It's a habit that started in high school by keeping the client open and have it check every hour or something. I end up checking to see if something interesting arrives but more often than not, there isn't anything worth reading there.
Will aim to cut down on e-mail checking frequency down to 2~3 times a day and have the client generally off, unless I need to send a message.
